Privacy Policy

RadonStead collects information you submit for scheduling, contact, reports and invoicing. A production system should store customer data on secure, access-controlled servers; use encryption in transit and at rest where appropriate; retain only information required for service, legal and accounting purposes; and never sell customer contact or radon-result data. Customers may request correction of their contact information. Payment-card data should be handled directly by a PCI-compliant payment processor rather than stored by RadonStead.
